Eye strain in Y, horrible glare front windshield at night?

Thanks, but no issues with other cars so by deduction the car is the cause.

I have to say that now, after owning the car for half a year, I've gotten used to it. My guess is that because my previous car had matrix headlights which intelligently and dynamically blacked out most shiny/reflective things in the view area, the Tesla dumb (but really bright and good in that way) lights just seemed too bright. Hope Tesla gets their adaptive beam masking soon going.
