Is it for the model 3? Are the airbag release holes on the sides or more centered on the bottom?

This is for a 3 or Y, The airbag release holes are closer to the 4 and 8 o'clock position on the wheel. In the picture they would be right above the Black Allen screws. If that makes sense.
