Facelift a nosecone Model S EU

I have been trying to get my 2016 P90D facelifted since it is the nosecone version of the car. I know there are guides on how to do this online, but I don't really have the tools or space to complete this job (also I don't trust that I would get the fitment correct). I have been looking everywhere in the EU for either someone or some tuning shop that has experience or is willing to do a facelift for a Model S. I travel throughout the EU fairly often, so anywhere in the EU would be fine. I would prefer to do it with OEM parts. The only other bumper I'd be willing to install is the TSK version of the facelifted bumper (not really interested in T-Sportline or Unplugged). Has anyone in the EU done the nosecone to facelift bumper install? Or does anyone know of a tuning shop that has experience doing this in the EU?
