Factory road noise insulation

I started doing some noise insulation for my P85+. I did inside of the frunk and went ahead to do the trunk but realized that there was some dynamat like material already covering most of the trunk.
I was wondering if this is from the factory or previous owner could have done it.

It's in my 2015 S60 trunk - factory I am sure
