for those that have already done the factory tour, how or who do i call to get a reservation for a factory tour? I just found out I will be going to San Francisco next month and I have been waiting for a chance to go to the factory.

Am doing the factory tour again at the end of the month. Am happy to pick up any Tesla apparel while i'm there if anyone wants anything...will save you the expensive shipping costs from ordering online from the TM site
