Falcon door replacement

I squeezed my car into a side wall and damaged falcon door a few days ago. A body shop estimated to replace the whole door for about $2000 which is not bad.
My question is: Will this repair affect my warranty with Tesla?
Will this replacement of door affect the overall performance of the model X, such FSD, etc.?

If the body shop is certified by Tesla then your warranty is intact.

If it is not on Tesla's list, then anything related to that non-certified work is not covered by warranty. For example, that door would spontaneously open on its own on the sidestreet parking space and hit a car driving by, Tesla would blame that incidence on the non-certified work.

Otherwise, I don't see why it would affect other things unrelated to the non-certified work such as FSD...
