SpaceX’s massive Falcon Heavy rocket is now in place at Cape Canaveral in Florida to receive testing and final assembly before its maiden launch early next year.
Elon Musk shared photos of the rocket on Twitter Wednesday.
Falcon Heavy is the vehicle SpaceX hopes to use for missions to the Moon and Mars. The rocket has around three-times the power of the company’s current Falcon 9 Rocket with the ability to carry around 140,000 pounds.
SpaceX plans to do its first Falcon Heavy launch in January.
