Falcon Wing Door rubber stopper?

I noticed my refresh model x has a rubber stopper much like the trunk does for leveling. Does anyone know what this actually adjusts by turning them in or out? My drivers falcon wing is slightly out of alignment and was curious if this could help.

Thanks

I do believe that's just a bumpstop for where the door hits the body. AKA how far "in" or "out" the door sits from the body when closed.

Just like the trunk/hatch, if you turn them LEFT, the bumpstop is taller, therefore it will increase the gap where it hits. If you turn them right, the bumpstop is shorter, therefore shrinking the gap where it hits the body.
