Did you get the update already?
That just looks like a mirror image of mine.
That's 6.2 UI
I think that was the point....
I suspect I'll miss the old UI until at least 7.1, unfortunately.
That said, might want to update to thread title to indicate which old UI (6.2). I still miss the 4.x era Projected UI in the instrument cluster.
Maybe we can add pictures from all the UI revisions over time and change this to a UI evolution (or de-evolution) thread.
I just wanted some photos of my old UI before the changeover. I am a geezer (68) and change is hard.
Floating speedometer disk, drop shadow and all, you will be missed
Hey hey. I am 67.5 and I don't feel old ( except when my back, neck and knees hurt), I still try to do everything I used to........
I'm not that old, but I welcome the change. I loved the old UI, and at first I will not like the new one. But it will grow on me and I'll accept it. Make like a speedwagon and roll with the changes.

I'm medium-old, and I love change and tech, but when they change the colors of apps on the iPhone it really bugs me. I get so used to just looking for the color of that app.
I liked the old UI as well. New one seems promising though. Think we should give it a chance once it comes out.
Assuming the 7.0 UI is actually what we've seen from the beta leaks, definitely going to miss the current UI. Mostly just because of the lack of functionality, not because I have anything against the flat UI. Now if they keep the time/date/temp, energy meter, etc, prob be ok with the new one.
I'm sure that the pre-announcement around 7.1 is there to placate the folks with reservations about 7.0. Tesla wants to gage real world reactions and will make adjustments in 7.1 to suit. There have been a number of vocal critics but would be dangerous for Tesla to extrapolate that to wide ranging dislike. Plus, many people instinctively dislike something new but will come to prefer it in a fairly short period. Tesla wants to see if that's the case here.
