Fast Charger in a box ?

A few days ago I read this article about a fast deployable Hydrogenstation!

Would something resembling be a good idea for rapid deployment for High Power Chargers?
In this way you could connect a freightcontainer full of batteries or capacitors, incorporating a HPC (or 2) to a low power-line!

This way no waiting for a high-voltage connection to the grid!
Also less influence of the fast-charger on the grid!
The container could be charged off-peak, and delivering fast-charging at what-ever peak!

Maybe some idea where somebody already thought about?

I was also thinking about using UltraCaps do store the energy. The Caps have nearly unlimited cycle number, but are quite expensive but can deliver the energy to the battery even within 30sec if wanted. or using LFP/LTO battery http://www.theeestory.com/files/1291216405JBBQGb.pdf
