Faster charging? Not in Burbank, CA

Have the latest update, 2019 100D MX - tried 4 other chargers and the fastest I could get is 47KW - no one beside me, all of them slow! Any ideas why? What’s weird is they are normally very fast over 100KW

How low was your battery when you got 47Kw? Your picture looks normal for that much charge already.

Well you're at a very high state of charge. It wouldn't be very high regardless when you're at 75%.

He looks to be at about 45%.

I assume it's the one on top of the mall parking and not at the Tesla store. I've definitely hit 116kW at that supercharger (I can include a pic but it's kinda useless, could be anywhere) but as stated, the state of charge (SOC) was <50% when I started.

There was another picture, since deleted, that showed 45% SOC, 70 kW power, 0 miles added.

You need to clarify if u went in with low SOC and did navigate to SC ..I was able to hit 145 at San Clemente on a 100 batt on 12.1 ...

Your right that one seems deleted however 45% 70kW seems avg also. I think lots of people dont understand SuperCharger charge rate curves causing lots of confusion with expectations.

I think both are SuperChargers, ServiceCenter not open for public charging anymore, not sure if you ask if they will let you, the place is so busy! I've hit 120 at the Mall before on 2018.50.6 and still on the same version.

Pic shows 50kw at around 75-80percent state of charge. OP's rant is not justified
