To further put the myth to bed about a 10 year/150K mile California or CARB state warranty on battery packs on ZEVs (which pure EVs are), see California warranty on all EVs 10 year / 150k miles?.

It seems there are at least 4 "sources" now spreading this wrong info.

Car needs be an AT-PZEV non-plugin hybrid or an enhanced AT-PZEV PHEV aka TZEV to have the above be mandated. ZEVs aren't PZEVs nor TZEVs.
