Someone tweet to Elon, ability to use a honk button while using Smart Summon to alert surroundings if you see a accident about happen. EX. Smart Summon is pulling out of a parking space to come to you, car on its path does not see it and proceeds to back into it, we can release the button to make car stop, but car pulling out may not realize Tesla is behind it.

Thoughts?

All Model 3s now come with the DOT mandated low speed pedestrian warning noise. That goes a long way towards addressing your concern.
The OP means for instance if you are driving in a parking lot and someone backs out while you are passing them you honk the horn to keep them from backing into your car. Nothing to do with the pedestrian warning system and this can happen while driving ANY car.
