FSDb doesn’t operate on the Bay Bridge which is where this accident happened. The active software would have been NOA. I’m not claiming phantom breaking doesn’t happen sometimes, but this is an important distinction. Also, because the software suite keeps evolving, it’s difficult and arguably pointless to argue about versions that are no longer in use.
