Feel mechanic friction on new model 3

Feel some mechanical friction on my new model 3 at low and high speed, even with regeneration set up to low, is this normal or this is an issue with the car?

Shift to neutral (hold stalk up one click for one second) and see if what you’re feeling goes away. Sounds like normal regen to me.

So the regen is always active even when I am do acceleration with low regen setting? That is something I feel, like it always not smooth, even on high way.

No, if you're accelerating with the car's power there is no regen.

no wired noise when accelerating , but just feel friction passed from the pedal

I think you are going to have to use another word other than friction to describe it.

Does the pedal feel stiff, hard to press?

Does the pedal vibrate as you press it? Does it vibrate if you just rest your foot on it without pushing down further?

Does the pedal hum or rattle?

Does the pedal turn purple and play music from the 80s that you don't like?

Give us something other than the word "friction".

more like some small vibrations in different frequencies all come together and make me feel not smooth.

When I am in the center of the lane.

Vibrations could be caused by:

wheel alignment
wheel balance
defective tire
suspension components

those are the most obvious to me.

I’ve noticed a vibrating in the pedal during acceleration also. It’s brief. Don’t know if that’s normal but it sounds like the same thing your describing.

Yes. Only last a few secs at most.

Since the car is drive by wire, seems like you are feeling some suspension or body shudder during acceleration. The X has a bulletin about shudder during acceleration due to a bad bushing in the suspension (?). Trevor from TOO posted about it on twitter.
