Final Payment in GA

I need to ask an old tired question again because rules tend to change. I am in Marietta, GA. My delivery is in two weeks. I want to see the car before making final payment. Can I show up with a cashiers check, or do the wire at the time of delivery? Also regarding insurance, I was going to have it insured the day before delivery, despite Tesla asking for proof now. Advice? Thank you.

You can pay cashier check at the time of pickup.. insurance, you have to get the insurance now but you can start the insurance coverage from the day of pick up ..

Yes, I did inspect the vehicle before I paid with a cashiers check.
I would have done an electronic transfer but their system was down.

No problems.

Is it possible to pay via Plaid after inspecting and accepting delivery? Or, to put it differently, can I inspect and reject the car without doing an electronic transaction pay for it (as would be the case in holding onto the cashier's check)?
