So, got email stating I need to pay for my MX. Which is strange, I do not even have a VIN or accurate delivery date. Nor Have I ever even talked to any one from Tesla about my order.

IS this normal? What If I reject vehicle at delivery/inspection?

Don’t pay it until you inspect it. Just ignore it. You are probably due for a VIN any time if you got promoted like that. Maybe.

Normal process. I would wait until you have a chance to inspect it.

No, it is not normal for them to ask before a VIN is assigned. They must be thinking you already have or know the VIN.
