Actually, the red one looks like the Matchbox version:

I don't think Tesla has even acknowledged the Matchbox version. Weird, given how much better it looks. Too bad they didn't get the wheels right.

The photo is hiding the odd structure by the rear wheels in the red car, there is more glare from the silver car causing overexposure, and red wheel protectors on the silver car make it look odd.

The wheels are wrong on both cars. Ignoring the wheels, I think the red car is pretty close to the real thing, while the silver car is way off. Compare the fog lights, or the area under the nose cone. And the silver car has a ridiculous-looking spoiler that's nothing like the real thing.
