Finally Got Tesla To Add 2nd Solar Edge Inverter

Two months after PTO and 4 phone calls they finally put the second inverter on the SE account.

What a process. Was told twice it had to be two different accounts at SE. You can see the power jump mid morning.

Elon needs to fix Tesla Customer "Service" as, for now, it's become a oxymoron for both Tesla Energy and Tesla rolling storage devices . . .



If you read Elon's latest interview about how he dislikes MBA's - it's possible to extrapolate that he doesn't really see the soft namby pamby stuff as being important. He values the tech, factories, supply chain, etc. But that whole profit motive and making people feel good takes a big back seat. And it's worked for Tesla; their customers put up with a lot of BS to access the hottest tech.

Concur. He just doesn't seem to give a damn about customer service anymore, at any of his companies.

It's such a shock at how bad it's become--nearly six months delay to get our rodent damage repaired, or at least that's the latest "update" after wondering why we heard NOTHING in reply to their site visit. I keep asking for Muller's email address; those requests are ignored.

Elon: Nice, really nice, to blow off your customers when they have broken Tesla "stuff." Fix this please.

Also see latest lawsuit against Tesla for waaaay too many broken cars that aren't being fixed, sort of like the litigation that Walmart had to initiate when their PV systems kept lighting on fire. Here's an idea: WHY NOT JUST FIX THE PROBLEMS and avoid pissed off customers in the first place?

p.s. Maybe it's time for some better suspension engineers, or at least a massive increase in durability testing?
