Finally starting to be some real news cover in Sweden on Model S:

Today a short news item form TT (Swedish equvalent of AP) reiterated by at least two major newspapers on the success of Tesla in Norway http://www.dn.se/ekonomi/elbil-toppar-listan-i-norge/ and http://www.di.se/artiklar/2013/10/2/elbil-i-topp-i-norge/.

Last week a longer article in DI (The major financial daily newspaper in Sweden), here a direct link to google translate version, works ok: http://www.google.com/translate?hl=...r/2013/9/25/biltillverkarnas-gigantiska-miss/.

I also saw my first (Norwegian registered) Model S little over two weeks ago in Stockholm. Beautifull loaded P85+ dolphin gray, looked black in the night, a late Sunday evening. Made a U-turn, and followed the guy until he (fortunately for me) parked a couple of blocks away. Had a brief chat and proper look. The back of the car is so sexy, and the display even larger than I thought it would feel.

Will of curse visit the upcomming Stockholm store as soon as it opens and report back!

Cross-posting for completeness from this thread (post #1071):

Model S First Drive Reviews - Page 108

A first drive review of sorts published yesterday. The outlet is the website for the second (out of 2) daily paper in the capital of Sweden – Svenska Dagbladet (translates into “The Swedish Daily Paper”). This ‘pink part’ – the economy section of their website is also promoted from the website of the biggest tabloid in Sweden – Aftonbladet (translates into The Evening Paper).

Unfortunately the journo somehow misunderstood/misrepresents the charging time. He only mentions two charging alternatives.

Alt. no. 1 (10 Amps) he claims takes 37 hours, and alt. no. 2 (3-phase, 16 Amps) 13 hours…

Edit: Forgot to add that I sent the journo an e-mail with a reference telling him that the car can be charged in ~4,5 hours by anyone who parks the car at their own property, or in some other way can get Teslas own charging equipment installed where they park their car.
