Financing, who's got some low rates?

Is it too early to look since I don't have a delivery date or vin yet? I thought I would start shopping...

Are loan rates up everywhere? Cheapest I have found for a 60 month is mission federal at about 3%.

I don't know my total yet either or how to pay tesla, but at 7.75% sale tax there will certainly be more to the final price. I want to finance, but I can put cash down on the car too right. Dumb question I probably but I don't see that kind of option on the tesla website.
