Finding the best collision center.

I have rear quarter panel damage and need a new bumper. Tesla recommends collision centers who are certified for tesla body work. Anyone have experience with choosing collision centers? I’m concerned about paint, welding aluminum, etc. I’ve had many terrible experiences with picking collisions centers. With proper guidance, my due diligence will hopefully pay off this time.
