I called to their store yesterday and they left a callback request to the delivery team and I also replied to the sms and asked them to call. Nothing yet.Not really raising the bar on customer service
when did you order yours? Mine has been stuck in oct15-nv21 for a while and these postponements make me think mine could be pushed even further. MYLR white/white
Quite similar to my situation then. When did you order it? I ordered mine in mid-April.
So I have a VIN now albeit it's still hidden, spoke with Tesla and was sent the registration number and confirmed that I'll be getting the car this September and it's okay to make the payment. I tried to trigger the payment but it didn't go through because my bank blocked it and asked me to come in and do it in person at any of their offices since I haven't wired that much before (just making sure I guess). I still haven't gotten a text message to schedule delivery but my delivery date has been moving every day from 2-17 to 3-17, 4-17, 5-17, 6-17, 7-17, 8-17, 9-17, and yesterday 10-17 (all September). By 5 pm today I expect it to change to 11-17 as well. Is this because the payment hasn't been made yet?
Mine is now locked for 14.9. Delivery so real deal as well. Might be long two days
Finally got the text to schedule delivery. Locked down a time slot for 16.9 as well
FINALLY! So So Happy , my Blue one is now front of our house
