Firefox constantly shows that it is loading the page on TeslaMotorsClub.Com, without end. The circle of the page tab circles continously; it is way too distracting. Is there a way to stop it? It only happens on TeslaMotorsClub.Com. Is there some sort of filter I can apply to cease that operation? Whenever I hit ESC to stop it loading, it stops temporarily, but restarts fairly soon again. For example, the tab for this thread is doing it right now:
When that is going on, there is a small x on the right side of the URL. Just 'click' on the x and it will stop. I have not figured out why it does it on some tabs but not others. Probably trying to load an ad. Do you have adblock or noscrip running.
I noticed that this is now happening on many TMC pages with Chrome. A little annoying - I wonder what the script is doing and/or what content is being down/uiploaded. Hopefully TMC has good handle on tech and metadata to figure this out.
I think mine was fixed when I wiped all settings, traces, cookies, history, etc. of Firefox, had it not store any history, put even more adblockers and trackblockers in, and restarted. However, TMC's new Home page with news on it does reload loop often. I just press ESC when I remember how to stop it.
Hmm. This never happened to me before now. Just looked at an article on main page, and it kept reloading. I had to press stop to be able to read it.
