Has anyone else been selected to provide this type of information, and what did they do to supply the data?

@UCIBtheG this will be supplied by whomever is your SGIP developer. In my case it was Swell where they requested it from Tesla. Once the data was/is received from Tesla, the developer will/should then upload it to the auditor, which in my case was SCE here in SoCal.

You can expect this process to get the data from Tesla to be about a month (frustrating). If the auditor decides to do a visit they will take some pictures and also validate that your powerwall serial number matches the data that Tesla has supplied.

I have had the web server freeze on 1.21.0, so this version of the firmware did not fix that bug.

Telsa called again yesterday re my "customize" issue. The tech was surprised when I told him I was not the only owner with the issue. He said no-one else has reported it.

I have 1.21.0, the app has powerwall on standby no power flow, not sure if the issue happened before the update or not but hope tesla can fix it soon
