First accident

I was backing out of my small garage and the front bumper clipped the garage and one side came out. It sounded bad but the damage is minimal. No noticable scratches or dents. The bumper was pulled out, so some screws and platic holders came out.

I want to take it to the service center tomorrow. Is there anyone with similar accident and will the service center fix this quickly or is it better to file a claim and get a rental car? Again the bumper need not be replaced. It just need to put it in place and make sure that all the sensors are fine.

Please share your similar experiences.

In a normal car, this is a minor incident but in a Tesla, this is going to cost you. I know of a near identical incident and it winded up costing north of $6,000 to fix and took over a month due to Tesla continually sending the wrong parts.
