The Hoegh Target and the Hoegh Trigger of the shipping company Höegh Autoliners are the largest motor carriers in the world. Cover of 71,400 square meters and a load capacity of 8,500 vehicles. They are the largest Pure Car and Truck Carrier (PCTC) in the world. It's interesant!!
Hmm, the Hoegh Target is on it's way to Fremantle, estimated arrival on the 13th of January, then onwards to Luanda, Tema, Dakar, Veracruz, Freeport Tx, Jacksonville, Brunswick, Baltimore, Wilmington and New York on the 2nd of March.
The Trigger is going to Durban on the 12th, then Fremantle, Melbourne, Port Kembla and Incheon on Feb 8th.
So I doubt either vessel is involved in this. There's plenty of others though, and Zeebrugge is a very popular port for roll-on roll-off cargo. Without knowing the origin port it's hard to figure out likely candidate vessels.
You can see the expected arrivals for the next few days here, although sadly not very far in advance:

Here's a contact form for the port, though they will most likely not share any voyage information with you:
