First charge - is this right?

Hello everyone. I took delivery last evening of a 22 M3P. I set my charge limit to 80% before going to bed. When I woke up the screen in the car was all lit up showing me the state of charge and that it was done. The wall charger was a blue light and the charge port was a green light. There was a buzzing type of sound that I was hearing while it was charging, not loud. Should it still be buzzing after it reaches completion? I was expecting to hear nothing in the garage. Should I always leave it plugged in when I’m home or take the cord out once it reaches 80%? Again first time ever with a Tesla. Any input would be helpful. Thank you.

Where was the buzzing coming from?

The blue light on the charger is saying that the charger is communicating with the vehicle. Presumably its waiting for the car to ask for power, which will happen every now and again during a day.

I find the green light on the car a little unusual, but I'm not sure it is wrong.

When the car finishes charging the charge port light is a steady green and the wall connector is steady blue, so this is normal. As to buzzing, try letting the car go to sleep and then approach the car without your iPhone or key car. Does it still buzz?

I think I got it figured out. First thing, I don't know if the car knows "it's home" yet. I programmed it while in the garage and have not left the garage since. Maybe it takes a cycle away from the home location to realize it is home. Second, sentry mode was on. I selected the check box to exclude while at home but it was not doing this. Thus the reasoning for my first reasoning. I toggled sentry mode off and walked away. The doors locked (again checked the box to exclude while at home) and about a few minutes later the screen turned off and the car is completely silent. :D
