force kill app? Log out and log back in? If it still doesn't work, then call Tesla.
Yeah try logging out and back in, but you may also need to contact tesla energy support and tell them you just received PTO but dont see anything in the app, if logging out and back in doesnt correct it.
Thanks. Unfortunately, none of those worked. I also even moved the gateway close to the unit.

Spoke with Tesla Tech Support about the app not working. They said their Activations team needs to record that I got PTO. That is blocking the app from working. Will need to call them tomorrow to get that setup.
awe man, super jealous. Still not PTO for me yet, they literally LOST my permit card via Fedex internally between Tesla departments. I'm seriously losing my patience.
they're trying to get a digital permit so that they dont have to send another runner down there and drag their feet to fedex it back to themselves. So could take another week or open ended
I called activations and they said I have to wait for another team to enter the PTO into the system which can take 24-48 hours before the app will start working. Not sure why tech support had me call them.

My 12.24 system also went online today, I asked and someone from Tesla did come out to survey before the install. I asked for it. I am really happy with how everything turned out. Our panels are invisible from the street in almost every angle, unless you’re really far from the house.
Nope, not the app. The installer turned on the inverter and used his Solar Edge app to verify everything was working.
I think that depends on whether its tesla or another company that does your install, but am just guessing on that part from reading here.
