First Day Reservation holder gift

You get it when you pickup your full sized Model 3. (They are supposed to mail them to people that took delivery of their Model 3 before they were available.)

Should these still be considered "first day reservation holder" gifts? I know someone who put in their reservation in January of this year and he still got one when he took delivery one month later.
