Almost a disaster, but it ended up ok. We went to leave and I got the dreaded "obstacle detected" error and the door wouldn't close. I opened and closed about 20 times. same error. wiped off the jams. moved the seats. started to sweat. Called tesla but was on hold....and finally, it closed. I've gotten home and opened and closed it a few times without issue, but I certainly am concerned. I will have my local SC check it out, but should I request the logs be pulled now so they can see what sensor was faulting?

You can override the obstacle detected fault, on screen, just hold the close button down. You should connect your car to wifi overnight, there are a couple new firmware updates that address this.
