We took a family trip from South Carolina to Port Canaveral in the Tesla. It was a great trip.

We stopped at the Santee SC, Savannah GA, Kingsland GA, St Augustine FL, and Port Orange FL superchargers. The St Augustine stop was in the shade in the morning with tons of shopping available it was the girls favorite stop. We stopped more often than the nav wanted so we could charge while stretching and using the restrooms. Twice on the superchargers installed in the 1a, 2a, 3a, 1b ... configurations we came back to a second vehicle connected to our "b". It was a little comical truthfully with only two cars there they chose to share our supercharger.

Our 2014 P85 only lost 10 miles parked at the port for 7 days. We parked in the main garage in the shade on the second level.

At 5 weeks into our ownership the Tesla has exceeded our expectations. A great car. 1152 mile round trip in the books. No issues.

A picture from Kingsland featuring my most obnoxious cruise t shirt.
