We are inviting you to meet the historical Tesla Roadster which travelled around the world in 2012 and now it is
shipped to Florida via a sailing ship. The historical event will happen at Port Everglades when the AVONTUUR ship with our Tesla Roadster will arrive. This is the first time in history when an electric car is shipped emissions free across the Ocean. The trip started in the Port of Hamburg, Germany in October 2022 and it is expected to arrive at Port Everglades, Florida on the 14th of December 2022.
This Roadster got pretty famous up to the point that the Deutches Museum in Munich asked us to display at there for an exhibition of one year. Why would we ship a Roadster to Florida? What's the story behind this car? How was the trip around the world using a Tesla Roadster?
