Flat tire road side question

I got a flat tire a week ago while i was driving back home from north east to the south east. It was around 11pm-12am when i got the flat and on the app it said covered by tesla. However when the guy came to put on my loaner tire, he said that i owed him $126 and tesla said that the customer would pay. What was that about? Will i get my money back?

I have to go to the service center in a couple of days to get my loaner tire removed and my tire fixed which is still in my trunk. So i am hoping i dont have to pau anymore money and atleast get the $126 back

Yeah i have a 2013 mode s p85 pretty sure its out of warranty but on the app it said tesla would cover it

Because I just got one (well, model 3) and just wondering how long battery lasts, that's all. No alternative reasons.
