Flex Film Tint?

My autospa which is doing all my wrapping/ceramic/tinting work is recommending Flexfilm® | Window Film Distributor , which is their preferred ceramic tint.

Has anyone heard of this product? I can't find it searching here which has me nervous about using it?

I would stay away from it. It's not the greatest film... Do a search and you will find a bunch of "flexfilm failures". Also some people notice a haze from the Flexfilm ceramic.

I've been researching it and I can't find a lot of search results for flexfilm failures. Spec wise it looks good and tintworld is pushing it as the best IR solution. Do you have any links?

Appreciate it. I'm finding it difficult to find anything that's high IR that people are is good and local tinters use.

Truthfully, when it comes down to it, I would look at price and the quality differences. You will find most tints are pretty close in stats. It does not make a lot of sense to pay more for roughly 1-5% difference in heat rejection in most cases. There is actually only 3 major tint manufactures. Most brands are just relabeled from those.

I was thinking XPEL XR Prime Plus but I can't find anyone who carries it. Llumar Formula One Pinnacle is the best thing I can find here in San Diego and the heat rejection is a little low for what I want.

I only found one shop in my town with Xpel Prime XR Plus, everyone else had XR. Can't speak to the quality, just had it installed 2 hour ago. 35% all around.
