Floor pattern on supercharger station

I noticed a leak or drain floor pattern on all chargers at the Newport Mall in NJ. Obviously, something drains at the rear of Tesla's. What drains then?

I thought ICE vehicles only had these to the front where the engine usually is.

I wouldn't say obviously. Those chargers have only been there since 2017, but that parking garage has been there much longer than that. Those stains are from ICE cars before the chargers were installed. You can see them in the pictures leading up to the installation. Good example of the lasting effects of oil and gas leaks.

those are oil stains from before the super chargers were installed...

Fun Fact: parking spaces existed before super chargers.
