floormat for 2021 Model Y

new owner for a 2021 Model Y, been looking at the forums for the floormats. Read a lot about most mats not having perfect alignment for the 2021 Model Ys. Has there been any updates and anyone have a good recommendation for floormats with a better fit?

Also looking for a matte screen protector. Thank you for everyone's input!

At times, the information on the Google Tubes is overwhelming. Search for Model Y mats, and you find dozens of people who insist the brand they're recommending is the best.

I would like to know if any of the mats can lay legitimate claim to cutting down road noise. In our test drive, we noted the road noise of the Y seemed to be as bad, or worse, than our 3.

I have the 2021 Model Y autaylor mats for the front and second row, and the fit is perfect all the way around...very pleased. Note autaylor specifically distinguishes between 2020 and 2021 mats. I went with the Tesmanian mats for the frunk and trunk for more "spill" protection with higher lips on the edges, but didn't like that industrial type look for the passengers.

I bought the 3D Maxpider floor mats for my 2021 MY and could not be more pleased with the fit, aesthetics, and functionality. A bit more pricey than the other options, but you definitely get a quality product.

The issue with the '21s is where the front mats meet the seat rail (not the rear mats).

They run right up to them. I personally have no concerns about the fitting. I also admit the I am not overly picky.

Since I don't need or like stiff, heavy duty all weather mats, I also went for the Autailors and love them. They are perfectly cushioned, the weave is very comfortable underfoot, they are waterproof, dirt and sand do not show because of the weave, and I can just spray them off to clean them. Also, I think the look actually improves the black interior with a little contrast.

I really like the YelloPro mats from Amazon.
Also the cheap VIHIMAI matte screen protector.

I was eyeing the Tesmanian but went with the YelloPro after seeing your post and I am glad I did. For little over $100, I got protection for all floor surfaces of my 2021 SR MY ( 8 pieces), and they fit very well. Thanks!

I can’t get excited about floor mats, but I am pretty happy about not spending an exorbitant amount of money on something trivial like this. And they’re really great; they serve their purpose very well.
