FM radio Band expander

Hi good day. I purchased a Tesla model 3 from Japan and I’m Located in the Caribbean. The radio frequency range in Japan is 70-90MHz.

I would like to get it similar to the North American 88-108mHz.

Do you know how this can be done. Is the range decided in the FM radio module located in the rear passenger door A frame? This could be swapped but would it resolve?

i Would Reach out to Tesla and see it may be as easy as a sw update from them from what i can find i didn't see a different part but could be as I'm based in the USA.

Otherwise, you can try using Streaming, if this is available, as the quality would be also nicer.

In US, there are some free Streaming, but with limited content,
however if you can use Spotify or Apple Music, if you have a plan.
