FOB and iPhone frequent disconnection

It started with just my FOB loosing connection with the car, both to unlock and also while driving. Frequently get the message that the car will not start again after stopping, then it will reconnect. Then my iPhone started doing the same thing. Now my wife's FOB is doing it and also her iPhone. Reset all the FOB and iPhones and no solution. New batteries in the FOB, same thing. Is this a software or hardware problem?

I'd venture to say it might be a software thing. I assume you've rebooted the car too. I had an earlier version of the software and it was driving me nuts that the car wouldn't wake up and wouldn't see the phone or the fob. I now mainly use the fob, So far it might be a little slow to wake up but within about 15 seconds it will open.
