Sign out of the account, close the app, then log back in. It should then hopefully be under Account, mine is now back

It did the trick for me too. Loot Box is visible now after I click on my profile photo/pictogram. Thank you!

Until you car has been delivered and linked to the app you likely won't have access ... normally all you've got is a few introductory videos until you get the car.

Over the past couple of years I have seen that happen a few times. As far as I know it's been down to Tesla server issues rather than anything specifically related to my own account. I have seen it resolve for me without any special action taken on my part.
