For Recent US 75D Orders - Is your battery a BTX5 or BTX8?

For people who ordered a model X 75D in the past one week, could you check your option code and see if the battery code is BTX5 or BTX8? You can decode your option code using the following link:

I'm curious as to why there are multiple reports of 85 batteries in Europe but none in the US for all the 75 badged cars.

Hmm..interesting. I wonder how accurate the option codes are on the spec URL...wondering if we have any US owners with cars manufactured post July and can physically confirm the presence of a 75 or 85 battery....

This is really an interesting topic. How reliable are the codes that can be viewed in MyTesla for a confirmed order? Are they directly connected to the production system? Or can there be a chance that the BTX05 and BR00 codes can change during production to something else?

I really hope there will be some more clarifications around this. I would hate to receive a 75kWh battery and then there is a 85kWh battery for the same price available a few weeks later. 85 pack would really be the sweetspot for my needs. 100kWh is too expensive and I don't need that big battery.

Non-US X75D order confirmed one week ago. BTX5 option code in view spec.
Hoping for 85 and HW 2.5.

BTX5 for software locked 60 and unlocked 75. 60s also had a BR code other than zero. When they are unlocked to 75 the code becomes BR00.

Anyone know of an option decoder that has more current 'decodes'? My X 100D order has over 70 option codes, and only a few are actually decoded by that site! Be interesting to see what they mean. (Sorry for the partial hijack!)
