Not sure if you're trolling me, but yes it is still available and I would text you if I had your phone number. You are one of 7 interested parties who have requested I text them. Generally I get asked "is it still available" and the answer is always "yes." When I have a pending transaction, I will post it here.If still available, please text me
If your asking me (the seller and OP), I do not have an answer for you. I have read many of the same things on this forum with no actual supporting documentation from Tesla. I do not know or understand how people making these claims on this forum came to learn which dates of manufacture do or do not have transferable Free Unlimited SuperCharging (FUSC).
I have been told by friends with newer than January 2017 Teslas that is not an issue and easily done at a Tesla Service Center (I am aware it can be done through the Tesla Account/App as well). What I do understand is that many people have experiences and opinions about this issue, but no one seems to have written evidence. I take this as Tesla might not be consistent in its transfer policy, but that is pure conjecture on my part.
I view the determination of whether or not FUSC is transferrable in this sale as the responsibility of the buyer as would be any other due diligence. I am not opposed to transferring my Tesla account, though I also have a Model Y Performance reservation with estimated delivery in July/August 2022 as well as a very early CyberTruck reservation which would affect the selling the price as the buyer would essentially be purchasing my account/reservations on top of the Model S purchase.
If anyone has definitive information on transferability of FUSC, please feel free to chime in.
