For Sale - OEM 19" slipstream rims with original Goodyear tires only 3k miles on them

I am selling "LIKE NEW" 19 inch slipstream OEM rims with original Goodyear Eagle Touring 245/ 45 19 tires. Does not come with TPMS monitors. I took these off my 2017 model S and the rims and tires only have 3,040 miles used on them. Excellent condition for both the rims and tires only a minor scuff and scratch on one of the rims (see pic below). Only accepting offers for local pick up. I'm in the Orange County, CA area. Asking for $1,500 or best offer.

Are these still available? How did you get the TPMS out without removing the tires?
