Found a 10mm ball bearing - Seat Belt Related

I tried to find a matching thread to add on, but wasn't successful. I found a 10mm ball bearing on floor in the second row. Other people mention rattles and possibly ball bearings, too. This could drop into the air vent and disappear and still rattle.

As of where it came from, it could be from the seat railing. But I don't see any other ball bearings there, and the seats seem fine.

A more worrisome possibility are the seatbelt pre-tensioners, and possibly the locking mechanism. Both have at least one design that includes one or more balls. The seatbelts still lock on a quick pull, so the lock may be spring based.

What about the pre-tensioners? How do I inspect/test those?
