Found a bolt under driver seat. Should I be worried?

I found this bolt under driver seat today. Looked in parts catalog and could not find any bolt similar to this for seat assembly. The closest bolts are 3 bolts on each side that will hold the seat adjustment panel to the seat itself. (4) but this bolt does not have a ring attached and has a non threading on the tip.

Didn't look further cause I did not want to disassemble the trims to investigate - The bolt has letter "C" etched to it. It does not have any thread seals so I don't think it is an important bolt. I rather not to go to service center with all this Covid Surge.
Should I be worried? Any guess what it may belong to??

P.S. I have been to SC 4 times in past for other issues. So they may have left a bolt from past inside the car.

Mine had a missing bolt for the front passenger seat trim under where your legs go. Maybe it's mine.

Assumed that might be the one but that bolt is black. In this map it is number 10 - Larger bolt and more complex in shape.

I found two stray bolts in mine after the last SC visit, a mobile tech was dispatched to re-install them. I'd look around the affected area and see if it's home is obvious, if it isn't, you may need to call for mobile service.
