Considering simplicity [lack of paint shop; lack of large panel stamping machines].
Seems setting up of CyberTruck manufacturing is far simpler than than regular carbon fiber, aluminium, or steel.
Also lower capital costs to setup a CyberTruck.

Where?
India, Africa, Central Asia, Middle East, South America, Mexico/Central America, Russia, SW Asia, Australia, Eastern Europe

Tesla could Franchise making of CyberTruck all over the world.
- sell/supply/franchise the manufacturing plant
- sell/supply skateboard or just battery pack or motor/controller or other parts or whatever makes sense (seats?)

Usual franchise benefits - could they expand much much faster??

Could be simpler and therefore cheaper variation of CyberTruck aimed at Less than First World.
No FSD lower top speeds - 100 Kph which might allow smaller battery packs smaller motors.
All this needs to be engineered to make decisions about value offered/needed - cost only one factor.

usual limiting function is of course batteries

One last idea - consider Sandy Munro's company to train and setup CyberTruck Franchisers.
