Uh oh... I'm sure factory resetting the car would fix that, but you really shouldn't need to. Maybe a service request and they'll be able to clear the data associated with the app? Could be worth a shot.

Yep thanks, I had already raised a service request before I posted as I do want them to fix it. I crashed the system and sent them date and time so they can find the logs, I even sent photos of the actions to recreate this. It should be very easy for them to recreate, I've not had a response yet.

Does prove, however, Tesla clearly don't test all paths of operation. I would have thought changing accounts would be an obvious test.
