Bottom line, before 9/24/2012 goto: ChargePoint More detail on the newswire I posted at: Electric Vehicle Discussion List - EVLN: Free Chargepoint RFID card for 2012 National Plug In Day Thanks for reading, Bruce {EVangel} Parmenter brucedp.150m.com (Near Silicon Valley, south of SF, CA USA)
Thanks...got one here too! To be clear, the only difference between this and getting a card via normal subscription is that you don't have to put $20 down into your account before getting the card, right?
Got one on Earth Day, but this is a good idea for all EV owners to have & keep in their glove box even if you don't intend to publicly charge. You never know when circumstances will make you need an emergency top up. Evan, Via Tapatalk
I think they normally charge $4.95 for the card itself (at least that's what it said when I just logged into my account to request an additional. card)
Totally agree. I keep ChargePoint and Blink cards in my glovebox - they've been used a few times. And each time I've needed them, I've been very happy to have had them.
Good idea about getting a Blink card. Would have saved me 2 hours of sleep when I visited a Hotel in Dallas with free Blink chargers but they never activated their Blink card.
