Is there a comprehensive list of free charging locations on Oahu? Is it a secret?

I just found out Target Kailua has 2 hours free via Chargepoint.

There's also an app called "EV Hawaii" but it's probably not completely up-to-date.

The state used to have a routinely updated list here - third link down. But now, even the old list, is no longer available.
So, no, I guess not.

Plugshare shows as 2 hours free. It in the description. If you find a discrepancy you can make updates
