Free FSD on some inventory models

It means it has FSD spec. All UK Model 3s (to my knowledge) have the hardware capability to do FSD, but if Tesla put that in the spec it means it's been unlocked (the £5,800 option).

Yup it has the feature enabled - although not incentivising on the LR version since last week - should’ve just got it instead of discussing further with the sales associate who seems to have no control either

Although are you sure just because it says
  • Full Self-Driving Capability
it means it has FSD or does this just mean it has all the hardware and you still need to buy FSD software?

FSD isn’t actually fully released yet, so until it’s feature complete “full self-driving capability” is what they use to indicate it does have the extra £5,800 cost option enabled.

Found one in the evening which I ordered - only once the order was placed I got a mail which did not include FSD as per the listing - planning to speak to Tesla in the AM to resolve

Please let us know what happens. Initially it looks like someone is being a bit sloppy ensuring the description matches the car.

Looks like loads of likely demos on there now with 8-13k on them. Reasonable discounts

I noticed that too. Tesla don't tell you the discount but you can see it on some of the 3rd party listing sites.
Looks like you can get a
- M3 performance with FSD from £51k (said to be about 12k off)
- M3 LR with AP from £46.400 (said to be about 3.5k off)
- M3 SR+ with FSD from £39,420 (said to be about 7k off)

The M3 performance seems good value if you don't mind it having 10k miles on when you get it. The savings seem to be greatest when FSD is included so it does look like that's a sweetener to make the figures look good.

It also makes some of the used car prices seem quite expensive

You can see the discount if you press the i next to the price :)

None, even the delivery mileage showing PCP but it's definitely an option once you place a deposit as I've done exactly that
